Bahrain's Crown Prince Isn't Attending The Famous Prince William and Kate Middleton Wedding

Salman bin Hamad bin Isa al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince of Bahrain was invited to the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton wedding that will take place 29th, April 2011.

so he decided not to go to the wedding. He said,

Prince Salman said he was “saddened and troubled” by British reports about his attendance.

“While these (media reports) have certainly highlighted a number of significant issues currently facing the Kingdom of Bahrain, they have fundamentally misrepresented my own views, outlook and position on recent events and thus, clearly sought to involve my potential attendance as a political proxy for wider matters involving Bahrain.”.......

Awesome News About Prince Harry!

Awesome news about Prince Harry!!!! He has been promoted!

His new rank is now Captain in the British Army. He is only 26 years old and he has received the honor last week on Thursday. He also qualified for an Apache Helicopter Pilot too --- all done on the same day!

We couldn't be happier! Congrats Harry! 

 And even better news, according to the palace, Prince Harry will be based at Wattisham Airfield in Suffolk and also spend some time training in the United States.

Prince Harry Gives Relaxed Interview about His Bros Wedding and More!

Our favourite royal, Prince Harry spoke to ABC's Good Morning America and kept mum about the bachelor party. He did talk about his bro and Kate Middleton's upcoming party and talked about his walk to the North Pole with the wounded veterans.

Is it me or is GMA obsessed with the Royal Wedding more than everyone else???

Anyways, this is what Harry said:

About the wedding that is going to happen soon: "It's a big deal. It's not just a normal wedding," said Prince Harry. "It's a really big decision for him to bring Kate into the family."

Yes it is a big deal, the world is going to watch the wedding and Kate is no longer a regular person, she is a celeb..and not just any celeb but a royal celeb.

And another thing, Wills is not going to wear a ring... but Kate will and it will be made out of Welsh Gold.

Harry talking about writing a speech for the wedding: "I am doing the speech along with a couple of his friends, so I will take the mickey out of him. I will have a few stories," he said. "I think my grandmother will be there so I have to be selective, as one might say."

Keeping mum on who he is taking to the wedding:"It's not my wedding, I'm just going to be there."

He always wanted a sibling: "A younger brother or sister wouldn't have been nicer, but to have a big sister is very, very nice," he said.

"She's a fantastic girl, she really is, my brother is very lucky," said Harry. "She's very lucky to find my brother. The two of them are a classic match."

He said he hopes his mother, Princess Diana, would be proud of his brother: "We all thought that it was never going to happen for him. But it has happened and everyone is really proud of him," Harry said.

As for what is going to happen at the royal bachelor party? Harry said: "Nice, try getting me to talk about the stag weekend. That was never going to happen."

Get Your Prince William and Kate Middleton Official Royal Stamps!

Who wants to collect Prince William and Kate Middleton collectors stamps? Many people do. So that is why UK's Royal Mail has made these collector stamps.

These stamps shows two images that most people have seen, their official engagement photos taken in November of 2010 by Mario Testino.

The postage will be available at U.K. post offices April 21...and that is a EIGHT days before their royal wedding. And if you are no in living in the UK, you can order these online orders starting April 7th, 2011.

Although we don't like to collect things that clutter up the house, we will probably purchase this because we have met the couple back in 2004 and they are very nice and funny people to have a conversation with.

Prince Harry Lands Two Covers of British GQ May 2011 Issue To Talk About....

Our favourite royal hottie Prince Harry, 26,has landed on not one but two covers of British GQ- May 2011 Issue! And he looks...well, super sexy! He is our favourite royal! And since the the person who created momsword.org has met him, she has said many times over that he is a very smart and nice guy, can make you laugh on the spot.

Why is he on GQ? It all has to do with him kicking a historical 200 mile journey in the North Pole.

He will do his journey with four severely wounded veterans and two expedition leaders in the first stage of the four-week trek as a way to raise funds for the charity Walking With The Wounded.  This historic expedition is going to last until the end of April.

For British GQ, the royal hottie did an exclusive interview for the magazine. He said:

“This extraordinary expedition will raise awareness of the debt that this country owes to those it sends off to fight – only for them to return wounded and scarred, physically and emotionally.The debt extends beyond immediate medical care and short-term rehabilitation. These men and women have given so much. We must recognise their sacrifice, be thankful, so far as we can ever repay them for it.”

Prince Harry leaves the group on April 5th and will start training to be a helicopter pilot with the Army Air Corps. What an awesome royal!
