Scary time in Syria right now. According to CNN , the United States has closed its embassy in Syria and withdrawn its staff.
As of now, the U.S. Embassy officials have left the country due to the increasing violence.
"We have serious concerns about the deteriorating security situation in Damascus," the State Department said in a written statement last month, according to Reuters.
We hope that peace will happen soon... We were in Israel in January and we rented a car and drove around ..
we saw the boarder to Syria and I told my friend that we should not go to the boarder because of the violence that is happening there.
